Communication is simply the act of transferring information from one place, person or group to another. The communication has three parts: the sender , the message and the recipient. There are wide range of ways in which we communicate and more than one may be occurring at any given time. The different category of communication include verbal communication, non- verbal communication and written communication.

Writing skills are an important part of communication.  Good writing skills allow you to communicate your message with clarity and ease to far larger audience than through face-to- face or telephone conversations.
